A subdivision provides a road and utilities oversight and a parcel division is only monitored by the administrator. Self: 'I agree, there is always the temptation to find loop-holes. I'm not saying that Dan Studer 's inputs weren't right, but we have to think carefully as to how it will be used and what the results might be. That reduces the cost a whole lot. Another is that it reduces the approval to an administrative decision, not requiring a public hearing.
There isn't a limit to the size of land you can do this to, and I think that's an oversight. Taking a 10 and splitting it in half, 2 fives.
